Our experience with Higgins Building Group was indeed a positive one. There were never any disagreements over anything, because everything was in writing, and planned well. The quality of the workmanship is impeccable. We had 6 months to get out of our house, and we moved in on the day we were supposed to. Timing was perfect. This company worked during snow storms, and rain if possible. This company also built our son's home, because of the positive experience we had. Should we ever need a builder in the future, we would certainly choose this company. We did go over our budget, but we were well informed that this was happening. There were no surprises at the end. This company follows up, and there is a standard 1 year inspection after the construction. Can't beat that. We could not be any happier with this company.

Higgins Building Group Inc built my home a little over a year ago. As someone who is very much a perfectionist and is really particular with small details, I can say that Ben Higgins and his sub-contractors went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their work. I have absolutely no doubt that Ben gave his very best 100% of the time and was always flexible and willing to work with whatever it was that we needed. He was always very polite and courteous and even though I knew he had more than one project, he never failed to make me feel like I was his number one priority.
